Dear Badger Families,

The partnership between Believe Memphis Academy and Grizzlies Preparatory Charter School has now been finalized, and Believe Memphis Academy has officially closed.

Beginning in the ’26-27 school year, Memphis Grizzlies Prep Charter School will fully operate the Believe campus. Grizzlies Prep has earned TVAAS Level 5 for five consecutive years and has been named a Reward School three of the last four years. This partnership will also bring a new STEAM school for girls to this campus, creating additional opportunities for students.

Students entering 6th through 8th grade (boys) and rising 6th grade girls will have the opportunity to attend Memphis Grizzlies Prep, including the new STEAM school for girls.

Students entering kindergarten through 5th grade, as well as rising 7th and 8th grade girls, will be supported in transitioning to our high-quality partner schools across Memphis.
